Fitness Kickboxing

Think you're in shape? You'll soon find out with our Fitness Kickboxing Program. Often taught at other places as a general workout routine, our program is taught by instructors trained in the Martial Arts. This provides you with the benefits of a workout, and at the same time provides you with the skills and knowledge of self-defense.

In our classes we are able to provide individual instruction, a strong variety, and a safe and controlled workout environment.

The program provides the opportunity to burn more fat, work on toning and flexibility, relieve stress, and improve self-confidence. All of this, and it's a lot of fun!
